We offer you a previous explanation, so that you can understand the names of the machines:

S: Satch, P: Polyurethanes, R: Rigid; the final numbers (3,5,10,12,20,40 and 60) indicate the maximum injection output of each model.

The whole portable dispenser line (SPR 3,5,10,12,20 and 25) is used for the application of rigid polyurethane foam with a 1:1 mix ratio between the two components, though it may vary up to a 20%.

The stationeries dispensers SPR 40 and SPR 60 are used to pour and inject PUF at high output, and they have variable mix ratio.

If you need to spray or pour rigid polyurethane foam on: roofs, walls, utility vehicles, hulls of ships, ship frames, stage designs, sandwich panels, doors, partition walls, cold stores, vans, containers, fridges, flasks, pipes, etc., you will surely choose one of these models.

Portable dispensers SPR 3 and SPR 5 are the simplest ones, designed for beginners. They have no heating system nor electronic dosage system, but may be turned into SPR 10 and SPR 20- respectively- by adding them a chassis for professional work.

SPR 10,12,20 and 25 are portable dispensers for professional use. The models SPR 10 and SPR 12 are prepared to efficiently spray and inject PUF. SPR 12 is only used for spray, and SPR 25 for injection best. According to the chosen model, hose`s length range from 10 mts. up to 70 mts. long.

SPR 40 and SPR 60 are stationary PUF injection dispensers of high output. They are used for making sandwich panels and big sized pieces.

Spare parts are always available. Our machines have one-year guarantee and are provided with a user`s guide – virtual or printed- which contains step by step explanations and a diagnosis chart, as well as a quartering chart. It also includes useful tips.
